This is a weekly class suitable for beginners.
It runs every Thursday from 19:00 to 20:00.
Classes held in German & English

This class will slowly guide you to the world of asanas. You will learn standing poses, seated poses, twists, forward bends etc. Every class follows  one of the five natural elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether). Every time each element class will focus on certain parts of the body.

We will build up core strength, upper body strength and improve our balance. I will slowly introduce simple yogic breathing techniques into the class every time. Every class will end with a guided relaxation.

Passes are to be paid in cash, or via bank transfer, or TWINT.
