Join me in my 10-week yoga course every Wednesday at 10.15 am in Au, Zurich, starting on the 27th of April 2022 until 29th of June 2022.

I will introduce you to Vinyasa Yoga; you will feel into different asanas, learn the steady deep breathing techniques and the different sun salutations.
Advanced yogi:nis can improve their technique and alignment.
